WEBINAR
Mer Joyce, Founder and Principal of Do Big Good
Practical Guidance and Peer Support
If you’re attending this training, you already know that inclusive decision-making means those most affected by a decision have the most power to make it. Your organization is starting to make decisions in this new way… and you’re finding it’s tough.
In this session, we’ll provide guidance — and learn from one another — about how to co-design inclusive decisions and navigate their challenges. Topics will include:
- How to co-design decision-making processes with stakeholders
- How to identify which voices to center
- How to balance inclusion and efficiency
- How to compensate stakeholders for their time
- What to do if you invite stakeholders and they don’t attend
