Keela Starter uses KeelaPay to process your donations at a rate of:
• 3.7% + $0.30 for Charitable and Social Service Organizations
• 4.4% +$0.30 for all other Organization types

Tax receipting is IRS, CRA, or ACNC compliant and your data is stored in the country your not-for-profit is based in.

This is a HUGE bonus for charities who legally cannot have their data stored in another country.

Keela’s data is stored in the United States, Canada or Australia depending on where your not-for-profit is based in (USA, CAD, AUS only). Keela’s data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers.

Keela Starter accounts have full access to our Knowledge Base and the Keela Academy which contains video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and downloadable checklists.

Email Support, Live Chat, and Phone Support are not available for Keela Starter.
